Changing the Name of Media Components
You can change the descriptive name of a Media Component.
| ● | It's recommended to perform maintenance actions through the Stack Manager (instead of the device's Web interface or CLI). For more information, refer to the document Stack Manager User's Manual. |
| ● | You can't edit a locked Media Component. |
| ➢ | To change the name of a Media Component: |
| 1. | Open the Media Components table (Setup menu > IP Network tab > Media Cluster folder > Media Components). |
| 2. | Select the required Media Component row, and then click Edit. |
| 3. | In the 'Name' field, change the name of the Media Component, and then click Apply. |
